Baby Emma Blog

In keeping with a promise to myself, I’ve decided that the only way to keep an account of the first few weeks of Emma’s birth is to blog it with daily discourse and late night meanderings!

Emma's Progress

It's cute the way Emma pushes herself up in a standing position with her chubby little legs (with me supporting her, of course!). She then does this cute bouncy dancing thing...I'm sure she's practicing for when she hits the nightclubs! She may even start walking earlier than the twins. We'll see...

Her hearing and eyesight are improving. Also, her hand coordination is getting better. She can grip a rattle and shake it just a little bit. Pretty soon, she'll be able to control her hands on her own and be able to do things like suck her fingers at will. And this they tell me is a milestone!!!

ODD SPOT: The male gypsy moth can "smell" the virgin female gypsy moth from 1.8 miles away.

P.S: I ain't touching that one with a 10 foot pole!!!
