Dummies R Not Us!

Looks like the sleeping patterns that we are trying to instill in Emma are taking hold. Not only that, Lill's doing a fabulous job of getting Emma to go down (to sleep) quickly and with minimal fuss! What a wonder Mum!!! And not only that, Emma's doing all this without a dummy! Yep, you heard me, Emma does not need or use a dummy! You can thank Lill for that little marvel. She doesn't believe in them. We almost had a dummy free zone with the twins when they were babies, but I panicked at one stage, both babies were crying, and I couldn't settle them both at once, so I used dummies. And while that did work, it took about a month before Lill could get them to settle without the dummies again. Sorry about that, chief!

The good thing about this is that Emma will not have crooked teeth from excessive sucking, and she won't have big fat red fish lips either! Mind you, she could do with a building up of her lips if she wants to have that sensual Iannello look....(bucket pu-lease!).

ODD SPOT: Most lipstick contains fish scales.
