Managing Up

Lill has taken Emma and the twins to her work for a visit today. Yesterday she took them to the Preston Library for storytime and activities. I'm always in awe of the amount of organisational skill my wife can employ to take 3 kids anywhere. I think mothers should be put in managerial and leadership responsibilites, because anybody who can organise children to do anything at all will find managing adults a breeze!

And on an even brighter note, earlier this week Lill surprised me with tickets to see Andrea Bocelli in concert later this year. So after a few years dry spell I'm going to two concerts this year! Wow! This may make up for being forced to go see that virtual Elvis concert all those years ago. I'm still scarred by the experience...!!!

ODD SPOT: Astronauts are not allowed to eat beans before they go into space because passing wind in a spacesuit damages them.
